Terms of Service — PRIMEURO

1. Who we are

PRIMEURO ("we", "us", "our") produces and sells prop euro banknotes for film, video, photography, magic, theatrical, educational and novelty use. These Terms govern every order placed through primeuro.store or any of our official checkout links.

2. Age and capacity

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter a binding contract in your country to place an order. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Prop-use acceptance

Every order is subject to our Prop-Use Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms. You accept it by ticking the acknowledgement at checkout and again by receiving the goods. If you do not accept it, do not order.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is a request to buy. We confirm acceptance by sending you an order confirmation and providing payment instructions.
Prices are shown in EUR and are inclusive of production costs. Shipping is shown separately at checkout.
Payment windows last 24 hours from order confirmation. Unpaid orders are released.
Accepted payment methods (Paysafe, credit card, bank transfer, cryptocurrency) are confirmed case-by-case by our support team on Telegram.

5. Shipping

We ship via DHL with full tracking to most destinations worldwide. Typical transit time is 3–7 working days.
Shipments are declared as novelty / prop merchandise. We do not disguise shipments or misdeclare contents.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If DHL confirms the package as lost, we replace or refund.
If your local customs authority detains or destroys a shipment because importation of prop currency is restricted in your country, refunds are not available — see section 7 and the Prop-Use Disclaimer.

6. Refunds and replacements

We offer a 30-day guarantee from the date of dispatch, covering:

Items damaged in transit;
Items lost in transit (confirmed by DHL);
Orders that do not match the specification you ordered.

To claim, contact our support team on Telegram with your order code and clear photos of the problem.

7. No refund for misuse

We will not refund, replace, or provide any credit for bills that have been used, attempted to be used, or modified in any way that breaches the Prop-Use Disclaimer.

8. Intellectual property

The PRIMEURO name, logo, site copy and product photography are our property. You may photograph, film and publish prop bills you've bought from us as part of your creative work, but you may not reproduce our bills, resell them in bulk, or pass off any reprint as originating from PRIMEURO.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of our products or site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for any loss arising from misuse of our products in breach of the Prop-Use Disclaimer. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PRIMEURO is registered. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your place of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you placed your order governs that order. We will update the "last updated" date above when changes are made.
